Drills – Utilise the same Tapered drills as those used for ProActive Tapered Implants. marked with a ‘T’. The tapered design allows large drill steps. Countersinks – When required, there is one Edge countersink for each implant diameter. Edge countersinks are marked with an ‘E’. Screw Taps – The thread cutting and forming design of the implant acts as a screw tap, there are no specific screw taps for the ProActive Edge implant. Clinical organizer – There is a specific organizer for the Edge implant marked with ‘Edge’. Packaging To make each patient treatment as efficient as possible, the implant, cover screw and two Healing Abutments in PEEK and Healing Abutment Screw are packed together. Edge implants are provided in sizes Ø3.5 – Ø5.0 using the same Tapered drills used for ProActive Tapered Implants, and the same superhydrophilic ProActive surface and NeoLoc ® abutment connection as other Neoss implants.
