This resin has a greater mechanical resistance than vinyl ester and polyester resin (Fig. 21). The resin has high adhesive features, no retraction and an absence of water absorption. Epoxy resin (bisphenol A) is the basic component of all composites and of BisGma (bisphenol glicidil Methacrylate) dental cement. Such a resin generates a chemical bond because it basically is the same resin. Part of this (black) resin is useful to highlight details of modelling (Fig. 22) and the rest, which is transparent, will be used as mix and binder agent of carbon threads (Fig. 23). Once themuffling iswedged and closed (Fig. 24025), proceed with polymerization. This is a very important step as the resin requires a precise process consisting of specific steps, time and temperature in order to obtain proper reticulation in a short time and thus leading to a high performing product. This new structure (Fig. 26-27) will be treated as a metal structure so, it will be finished, sanded and opacified. It is a good rule, before enacting aesthetic coating, to try the structure in on the patient, so to confirm the “passive” fitting in the oral cavity. By means of the verticulator used in advance we can now position our teeth as per initial setting. The opacifying of the structure follows (Fig. 29-30); we can complete our process according to our own methods. I use silicon mould and prints and an injection resin (Fig. 31). After curing follows the normal polishing and cleaning. At this point all that is left is to deliver and give a value to our work which will give meaning to our professional competence (Fig. 32-30). If we have had a positive impact on our company’s image, if we have given a fair qualitative value to our device, if we have given a fair economic value by means of a just management of costs and thus a correct price, we will not have any FIgure 16 FIgure 17 FIgure 18 clinical
