The new syringe produces virtually no bubbles or material run-on during the dispensing process. It allows for effortless access to the prep area with an easy-to-bend cannula that can be bent by hand without kinking. The new syringe is also more ergonomic and user-friendly, featuring a triangle finger plate and larger plunger, making it easy to hold and inject while providing the ability to quickly personalise the grip. While the syringe is new and improved, the flowable materials remain as dependable as ever, providing the same benefits as always: excellent adaptation, polish retention and wear resistance. TePe have extended their products made from renewable sources – now including the TePe GOOD Mini Flosser. The product is part of the environmentally friendly range TePe GOOD ™ which consists of bio-based oral care products for the whole family. The new TePe GOOD Mini Flosser is a pre-loaded floss holder for efficient and convenient use. It contains strong, PFAA free floss which glides easily through the most narrow of interdental spaces, while the cleverly designed New Products from TePe bite plane helps to gently insert the floss. Thanks to the use of renewable raw materials in the handle – sugar cane and wood fibres – we manage to recirculate 85% of the carbon dioxide emissions during the products life cycle. The GOOD Mini Flosser also comes in a bag made from sugarcane – making it truly GOOD. The TePe GOOD range is developed in close collaboration with dental experts. The production takes place at TePe’s manufacturing plant in Malmö, Sweden, and all TePe products are produced with green energy from renewable sources. Part of it comes from the company’s own rooftop solar power facility – another of TePe’s initiatives for the environment. Fluoride-containing dental desensitising varnish VOCO Profluorid Varnish: now also available in cola lime flavour As essential in every practice as forceps and drills: VOCO Profluorid Varnish (VPV). The popular fluoride- containing varnish for desensitising teeth is now also available in cola lime flavour – giving patients even more choice. The tang of cola combined with the fruitiness of lime appeals to a wide range of patients and is the perfect complement to the existing portfolio. In total, there are now six flavours available: melon, mint, cherry, caramel, bubble gum and cola lime. VOCO Profluorid Varnish is ideal for the treatment of hypersensitive teeth and for sealing the dentinal tubules during cavity preparation or in cases of sensitive root surfaces. Treatment with VPV following cleaning and polishing is also a sensible precaution in order to refill any eroded calcium fluoride depots. The fluoride content is 22,600 ppm fluoride ( ≙ 5% sodium fluoride). In addition, the white-transparent varnish impresses with high moisture tolerance and excellent adhesion to dental hard tissue. Like all the other members of the VPV family, VOCO Profluorid Varnish cola lime is available in the practical SingleDose and the 10 ml tube.
