Clear Idea #3

www.acasociety.com | info@acasociety.com 25 are doing many things at once and addressing the industry at every angle; from supply chain efficiency, ring fencing consumer spending and building scalable infrastructure, to creating new career pathways for dental professionals and having venture partnerships with senior dentists, to name a few. As coined by Jim Collins, the author of Good to Great, we are creating the flywheel effect of dentistry. It is the culmination of many things a company does; relentlessly, over time that produces the momentum, scale and dominance in both mind and market share that places it at the head of the pack – or perhaps being worth hundreds of billions 23 years later. No defining moments, no grand plans, just many, many steps building the momentum towards a point of breakthrough, reshaping the industry and realising a dream, together.
