Category 106 Australasian Dentist Indirect CADCAM restoration using RelyX™ Universal a lot of flexibility in the mode of bonding. In this case we had enamel present and we utilized a selective etch protocol. It also gives flexibility in the mode of excess resin removal and the ability to use Scotchbond™ Universal Plus as a silanating agent for preparation of glass ceramic. Immediate dentine sealing in this case was achieved with Filtek™ Bulk Fill Flowable which allowed us at the same time to fill in undercuts that were present rather than removing more tooth structure. u Although chairsideCADCAMrestorations do not have provisionalisation, there is a period of time that the dentine can be contaminated. The restoration was fabricated with CEREC and bonded with RelyX™ Universal using a selective etch bonding protocol using Scotchbond™ Universal Plus. Outcome We were able to provide an indirect CADCAM restoration for the patient in 60 minutes. Challenge After anaesthetising the patient, we placed our isolation for the preparation. After caries removal and cavity preparation we performed immediate dentine sealing.
