Category 70 AustrAlAsiAn Dentist PATIENT MEDICAL HISTORY PLANNING Male patient, 57 years old, user of removable total prosthesis for more than 20 years in the upper arch and partial removable prosthesis on the lower arch. Healthy patient and had no risks for surgery. it was performed the complete planning of the case with Ct scan, photos, impression, planning in the software and waxing. the planning had the objective of applying the neoarch ® concept, using Helix GM ® implants and immediate loading. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCEDURE surgery was performed in a hospital environment, under general anesthesia, with pre and post-operative medications of antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and analgesics. it was performed an infiltrative anesthesia, incision in the crest, detaching the buccal and palatal flaps. Bone reduction was made to adapt the prosthetic space. For both arches, 4 Helix GM ® implants were placed and all with 50 ncm of insertion torque. NEODENT ® MATERIALS UPPER JAW u 2 Helix GM ® 4.0x18mm u 2 Helix GM ® 4.0x13mm u 2 GM exact Mini Conical Abutment 30º and gingival height of 2.5mm u 2 GM exact Mini Conical Abutment 17º and gingival height of 3.5mm. LOWER JAW u 2 Helix GM ® 4.0x16mm u 2 Helix GM ® 4.0x13mm u 2 GM exact Mini Conical Abutment 17º and gingival height of 2.5mm u 2 GM Mini Conical Abutment and gingival height of 3.5mm. PROSTHETIC DESCRIPTION After impression taking and try-in the prostheses, the definitive upper and lower prostheses were placed 4 days after surgery.
