Facebow records are taken to help aid in the articulation of the maxillary cast. Casts are mounted on a semi adjustable articulator. this is illustrated in Fig 6 to 8. the next step involves a wax try in for the new setup of acrylic teeth. in this case, we have chosen to perform a wax try in of a fixed setup. this also enables us to verify our maxillomandibular record and to make changes if required. Her vertical dimension was increased as it was felt the original setup was slightly over closed. Figures 9 and 10 illustrate the wax try in. Minor changes were made to the initial wax try. tooth positions and inclinations of the long axis of teeth were modified. Once the setup was verified and accepted by the patient, the next phase involves the production of the milled titanium bar. Figures 11 to 15 illustrate the completed removable dental prosthesis.
