She presents with a narrow smile, bilateral posterior cross bite and an anterior cross bite with tooth 12. From the extra oral perspective, the patient is also wider on the right-side vertical fifths. The treatment objective is to correct the anterior cross bite and posterior cross bite, but to simultaneously correct the asymmetrical buccal corridors by further broadening the arch though the right side more than the left side. Once the alignment is completed, the case was then finished with in-chair teeth whitening and composite augmentation on teeth 12/22.
