We make sure we have a solution to every design challenge.” The solutions provider Alldent’s manifest role as a solutions provider is underpinned by a stellar technical crew – one that Bill has personally trained and mentored. every technical process, he stresses, is under constant review. “Our techs are fully invested in the culture of innovation. some of the advances, modifications and even new products developed by our technical crew would blow your hair back,” he says. “some big steps were taken during the COViD lockdowns. i can see what will work and where to make changes. i know what i want but sometimes lack modern skills and a fresh approach to get there. Our younger crew supply the missing pieces.” this specialised knowledge has seen the technical team through the most complex installations and unique trouble- shooting situations.
