Clinical situation: Failing upper left first pre[1]molar after two previous root resections, broken crown. Treatment plan: Tooth extraction and immediate placement of a Neoss ProActive® Edge implant with simultaneous bone grafting using THE Graft (Purgo) Figure 1.
