There is absolutely nothing we don’t do to make sure the outcome is true to what the dental client aims for, with the entire strain taken out of the process for them along the way. “There are headaches: we are the pain relief.” Even the tricky customers? “Especially the tricky customers,” says Walid. “There is nothing I love better than a challenge, and dental builds are definitely that. They’re unique, they’re specific and often the dentist is time-pressured, taking a lot on faith with the builder and really depending on that relationship to be trustworthy and secure.” He says there are clients who want to be on site every day, and some clients who don’t want to have to be involved at all after the plans. “There are jobs where the dentist can be uncertain and want to explore and shift around a bit through the build, we understand that, we’re ready for it, we will work around how the client wants it to be. From our side, it’s simple: we will keep our word.” Juma brings a close, highly experienced team of eight, including his father/son partnership with his dad at the heart of the business, combining decades of building experience with a close synergy on every job, anchored around some of the most meticulous preparation in the industry. “It’s really the cornerstone of how we can make this kind of promise,” says Walid. “And even the suppliers have noticed.
