SEERS SMOKEHOUSE Seers Smokehouse offers a unique menu featuring American style smoked meats and a selection of delicious sides, and is opening in Ballarat! Owners Chris and Sophie Seers, are looking forward to offering the Ballarat market authentic, American style smoked meats and sides. Chris said, “We are very proud of our product and take care to ensure we offer the best quality ingredients in all of our menu items. Our meat is smoked for 12 hours which results in mouth wateringly, tender meat with a delicious, smoky flavour.” Whilst Seers Smokehouse offers a menu that could be described as, a carnivore’s delight, those with a sweet tooth have not been forgotten. Sophie specialises in making desserts, cupcakes and cheesecakes that feature a variety of scrumptious toppings and has also introduced a range of loaded shakes that will satisfy any sweet craving. Those wanting gluten free options are also catered for with all meats, chips and some of our delicious desserts being gluten free. Seers Smokehouse will open at Central Square Ballarat in late November.
